With an MBBS degree and an MSc in Healthcare Administration, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic insight. His qualifications are further enhanced by specialized training in Healthcare Informatics, Telemedicine and Project Management from the UK, as well as in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Quality Assurance Auditing for healthcare.

His extensive experience includes managing hospitals of varying sizes, from small to 1500-bed institutions, across multiple countries including Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the UK and in Africa. His global perspective is complemented by significant roles with the United Nations, where he was instrumental in drafting ‘Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety’ standards for the UN Healthcare System.

In addition to his international and armed forces experience, Brig R Mobeen Ahmad has made notable contributions to medical tourism, ensuring high standards of care for patients.
